Ever? Perhaps the street dancers are onto something. Maybe you should be dancing at the gym.</p>
<p>People dance for fun. It&#8217;s great to feel a rhythm, move to a beat, and become absorbed in the physical interpretation of good piece of music. It doesn&#8217;t sound like exercise, but it is becoming most popular with fitness experts. It&#8217;s a great way to lose weight and keep in shape while having fun. The following dances are a few of the most popular in fitness circles.</p>
<p>Aerobic Dance: These dances will get your cardio-vascular system in peak running shape. Often used with an aerobic step box, you work your legs, derriere, and heart by performing vigorous aerobics routines. This dance exercise takes on a more fluid pace when Latin rhythms like the Cumbia are used. Step aerobics is demanding, but when choreographed as a group dance, it can be fun.</p>
<p>Zumba: This dance in a popular mix of Latin styles such as salsa and meringue. Dancing to these pulse-rate beats can turn an exercise session into an exciting experience. With all of the twisting, twirling, and kicking involved, calories rapidly burn off and fat melts away.</p>

<p>Cycling began about 200 years ago, and is still used as a fitness technique for preventing heart circulatory disorders and improving the quality of life.</p>
<p>People consider bicycle riding one of the best ways to spare yourself the car rush hour and finding a parking space. Consider the example of a 15 minute drive using 25 calories; and the equivalent time on a bicycle using at least 100 &#8211; that&#8217;s an increase of 400 percent.</p>
<p>Biking your way to fitness has become more attractive, especially with the development of many bike paths. Cycling, unlike some other sports, is not only very healthy but good for the environment.</p>
<p>Anyone who rides a bike has less chance of a heart attack. Studies in Sweden show that men who regularly take their car to work have four times a higher risk of a heart attack than those who go by bicycle.</p>

Many players are now accepting the fact that by conditioning the body on a normal basis, they create an chance for more optimal play.</p>

<p>Fat to Fit is a new internet guide compiled by Ray Burton. I found it about this fitness program through reading some of the popular health and fitness blogs and websites. So I have decided to compile this short article about Fat to Fit to tell you about the guide and let you know my experiences I have had with the guide so far.</p>
<p>Ray Burton the author of fat to fit as far as I am aware is still serving in the Canadian Army as a soldier, and is qualified fitness instructor, training army recruits while also working as a private fitness instructor on the side. </p>
<p>His direct experience of working with people to help them lose weight shows throughout the content&#8217;s of this guide. This is in the sense that he understands the most common problems that people face when they are trying to lose weight, he gives you plenty of programmes and information to help you overcome these problems. One example of these big problems is motivation, which is one factor that a lot of people struggle with when trying to lose weight, they quickly lose it if they do not see immediate results. <br/>He lists methods in a chapter designed purely for the purpose of motivation, that I found quite helpful, when you feel yourself starting to lose that drive.</p>
<p>You can tell through the design of Ray&#8217;s program as well as his writing style that he is in the army. This is not in the sense that he verbally abuses you through the course, although that would be quite funny to download the podcast&#8217;s to be greeted by swearing and curses. What Ray does is he constantly reinforces a can-do attitude throughout the book, encouraging you to get yourself where you want to get to. </p>
<p>The fat to fit program back&#8217;s this up with a lot of clear useful information, including diets, low calorie recipes and different workout program&#8217;s depending upon your current level of ability and intensity. So me being a little over beginner, little bit of a pot belly, I jumped straight onto the intermediate exercises which are starting to show good results. Its just a shame its so close to the Christmas season as I will probably drink lots of alcohol and stuff my face with turkey and christmas pudding, but I suppose progressing from intermediate can be part of the new years resolution. </p>
<p>In the members section of the Fat to fit guide there are a number of videos which make it a lot easier to learn some of the harder exercises, as a pose to just reading off of paper or your computer screen. </p>
<p>So concluding this article I would say the fat to fit guide does give you everything you need to lose weight, from recipes to practical diets, workout program&#8217;s and getting started guides. It does this very nicely in this guide with some added video&#8217;s and podcasts. There is also an associated active blog that I have managed to get some really good tips.
